Realization methods

One of the methods assumes opening an investment vehicle - a special purpose limited liability company which can immediately undertake suitable law action (i.e. buy immobility and start transforming it). Transfer of property of the purpose company needs only a written (with a notary's signature) contract about buying-selling its shares.

Once the SPV is created, Investa acts as a Project  Manager, taking  responsibility for the project development (either residential or  land  buy and rezoning), promotion  and eventually  sale,  acting  upon an agreement with  the  investors.   Withdrawal  of  the shares  is  possible   when   the  project  is completed, even if some shareholders decide to invest their means into another project.

In  order  to  provide  investors  with  the outmost  service,  we  constantly  monitor chosen areas, collecting information about planned  investments  from  public  sources, local authorities  and  private institutions. We  analyze  macroeconomic  data,  municipal  development  plans as well as local  land and property prices. On  the basis of  our analysis  we present carefully selected investment  opportunities.  We  focus on land  acquisition and rezoning,  commercial  and  residential  objects.  Presented  solutions are always  tailored  to  investor's preferences; however they are also based on risk assessment, economic data and specificity of analyzed area.
